Sanford’s newest craft beer destination will open its doors to the public on Wednesday (hump day, for you camel fans).

Camelback Brewing will have its own IPA, brown ale and amber ale ready for this week’s opening (in addition to one or two other beers) and will offer a full lunch and dinner menu that will include cheese melts, bratwursts and sandwiches. Located a few doors down from Lowes Foods on Spring Lane in Sanford (in the former Fitzgerald’s Restaurant), Camelback will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
