A log truck overturned on Horner Boulevard Monday afternoon, causing a portion of the road between Wicker and Cole streets to be closed to traffic.
Multiple eagle-eyed Rant readers supplied us with photos of the wreck’s aftermath. The accident appears to have taken place around 1 p.m.; as of 3:10 p.m. the road was still closed and efforts were still under way to clean up the mess.
Details of the wreck weren’t available immediately, but WWGP’s Margaret Murchison said there were “minor injuries” and that “at least one business was clipped by the truck.”
Nearby Hugger Mugger Brewing, meanwhile, took the opportunity to admonish via hashtag those driving through the area to “#slowdown.” The curve in that portion of Horner Boulevard is a frequent accident site.

Also, when u see an 18 wheeler trying to turn a corner in town and your facing them please back up and give them some room if you can #itainteasy
Shouldn’t they be on the bypass? Is there a logging site and lumber mill that requires them to use Horner Blvd? And I agree with Tiffany, don’t be an obstacle when you don’t need to.
Needs to be a better warning for that curve.. It will sneak up on you if you’re not familiar with the roads.
