The number of people in Lee County who have tested positive for COVID-19 climbed to 459 after 31 new cases were confirmed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Twenty four of the cases were confirmed on Saturday, five on Sunday and two on Monday.

The number who had recovered also went up by 29 on Monday, bringing the total to 264. There have been four COVID-related deaths in Lee County.

The county only discloses demographic information – age range and gender – of those who have tested positive. The information is reported on a 24 hour delay, so the two new cases announced Monday are not included below.

But of the 457 cases reported through Sunday, 53 percent were female and 47 percent were male. There were 78 cases in people under 24, 185 between 25 and 44, 158 between 45 and 64, and 36 who were 65 or older.rough Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM.
