City police have charged a local man in connection with four robberies which occurred at local businesses in February.
Terry Alexander Seymore, 47, of Kittery Point in Sanford was initially arrested on March 1 in connection with a robbery at the Circle K at 1413 Broadway Road. At that time, he was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and interfering with emergency communications and placed in the Lee County Jail under $50,000 secured bond.
Further investigation led to police filing various charges of robbery with a dangerous weapon and attempted robbery with a dangerous weapon in connection with incidents at the Circle K at 809 Carthage St. on Feb. 14, the Circle K at 812 S. Horner Blvd. on Feb. 16, and the Walgreens at 1050 S. Horner Blvd. on Feb. 16.
Total bail for the combined charges was set at $180,000, according to the Lee County Jail website.
