The Sanford-based central North Carolina litigation firm of Post | Foushee – Trial Lawyers (Post & Foushee, P.A.) announced Tuesday that associate trial attorney William A. Gordon has been named partner, and that the firm will be renamed Post | Foushee | Gordon – Trial Lawyers (Post, Foushee, Gordon, P.A.).
Gordon focuses on personal injury and accident cases, wrongful death, construction litigation, business litigation, general civil litigation, and landlord-tenant law.
Born and raised in Sanford, Gordon and graduated from Lee County High School. In the spring of 2015, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Mount Olive and enrolled that fall at Elon University School of Law. During the summers of 2016 and 2017, he completed internships with the firm and became an associate trial attorney in 2018.
