Narcotics agents with the Sanford Police Department arrested three people Monday after a search at a local home turned up marijuana and quantities of two prescription drugs.

SPD narcotics agents and members of the department’s Selective Enforcement Unit conducted the search around 9 a.m. at 706 Horton Circle and found Willie Leverne Donaldson Jr., 36, Kayla Kimberly Gutierrez, 22, and Dominic Lamont Donaldson, 35, all of the residence, allegedly in possession of marijuana, Alprazolam, and Percocet. A press release from the SPD didn’t specify the quantity of any of the drugs.

Police said the search warrant came after officers received complaints about drug sales at the location.

Donaldson was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver Alprazolam, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $15,000 secured bond.

Gutierrez was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver Alprazolam, possession of Percocet, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Lee County Jail under $10,000 secured bond.

Donaldson was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Lee County Jail under $5,000 secured bond.
