Less than 10 years ago a man died from long time poisoning at Pentair. He reported his concern and Pentair ignored him. I wonder if this woman had reported safety issues and Pentair ignored her also?
I worked there for almost three years! They give two fucks about you! All they want is there money! I went to HR several times with concerns even called their headquarters! They didn’t do anything they fired me instead! It needs new management they need people who actually care for others well being! Prayers to this mother family!
So I found more information based on a first hand account if anyone was interested.

Someone needs to contact Wallace and graham law firm in Salisbury, NC. Research them. They are very thorough when it comes to incidents just like this!
It’s a very poor management!! They care all about their money and will do anything to basically cover up this incident or any other incident. Why was the lady working on the machine? Who sent her? If it was a machine that’s being told not to use why she was cleaning it? The machine wasn’t in use and it didn’t work? It’s sad that people work hard for companies and incidents like this happens and companies care less about people’s life. She was a mother, sister, wife she’s a human but since it’s not their people it gets sweep under the rug. There’s been multiple complaints about Pentair and what do they do? Nothing! They decide to fire people instead of getting what’s brought to their attention resolved. Pentair needs to be investigated! This women went to work not knowing what was going to happen she had plans, but since she’s not here what they say “it was an accident” b.s !! This could be your mother and it’s sad people don’t take this serious. I definitely get in her son , husband family shoes! It’s heartbreaking to hear this happen. Clearly I see comments who knows how Pentair is with that being said y’all add the puzzle and think for a minute.
where’s OSHA?
Seldom does OSHA perform a surprise inspection. In Pentair’s case they stop at the gate, security lets them thru and immediately contacts management. Management will steer OSHA to the safe areas. Employees are generally scared to alert OSHA via their website due to retaliation.
OSHA is paid off. The company does not reprimand employees that are benefiting them because they are bilingual.
