ABC 11 and other outlets who have reported that Trump would be part of the rally haven’t updated their stories, but have noted that Trump will be in Kinston on Sunday.
ORIGINAL STORY: Former president Donald Trump and his 2024 running mate J.D. Vance will campaign in Sanford on Sunday, multiple outlets are reporting.
The duo will appear at Shelton Aviation at the Raleigh Executive Jetport at 715 Rod Sullivan Road in Sanford. Doors are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. and the event will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Early voting in North Carolina ended on Saturday. As of this writing, numbers weren’t yet available for the final day of early voting, but through Friday more than 22,300 Lee County voters had cast a ballot – nearly 90 percent of the total amount of Lee County voters who participated in the 2020 election.
Election Day is Tuesday, and polls in Lee County are open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Find your polling place here.

Well, that explains it. ABC news level of accurate reporting has been about as reliable as single ply toilet paper after consuming a gallon of prune juice. They are fraught with errors, omissions, embellished diatribe, and outright lies. Certainly, a historic day for Lee County, nevertheless. Cheerio old chaps.

This is hilarious. These dipships think they are having a rally in Raleigh because the name of our little airport is “Raleigh Executive Jetport”! Bwaahaahaa!
I’m not voting for Trump, but I can explain the venue choice. It’s an easy airport to land a good sized plane, and a good site for a spur of the moment pop up press conference or event where you can shelter the main speaker from any long range rifle shots. It’s flat and on top of a hill. Doing anything at RDU would be a nightmare. Roxboro is 500 feet shorter and Franklin County is a 1000 feet shorter.
Hopefully Trump wins so we can stop importing illegals at breakneck speed. They fly them straight into the interior of the country under the CHNV program. To what benefit?
