If you love guns and live in Tennessee, Mike Stone is the North Carolina House candidate for you.
Stone, a Republican North Carolina House representative (and friend of the Rant), authorized a mailer from the North Carolina Republican Party touting his pro-gun credentials. The mailer began hitting district mailboxes this weekend, but it includes a glaring error.
“I always voted to preserve the Second Amendment rights for every Tennesseean,” a purported quote from Stone reads, despite the fact that Stone was born and raised in Lee County, North Carolina and represents a North Carolina legislative district that’s 220-some miles from Tennessee. Stone’s signature appears beside the erroneous quote.
Whoops!
Then again, this could be a new campaign strategy and not a mistake. It’s perfectly possible that Stone prefers his chances of re-election in solid red Tennessee to his chances in District 51.
Too Funny . First they send flyers out against Brad that even mention his name and now this . If he does get re-elected the Dems should be ashamed .
If he is re-elected, the Republicans should be ashamed.
Mike Stone is his own worst enemy!!! LOL!!! LOL!!!!
So Mike is pro gambling and pro Tennessee. I’ve noticed that those Sweepstakes Gambling Joints have started to re-open. I thought they were deemed illegal?
You just can’t fix stupid. I wonder if they say that in Tennessee? I will ask Mike the next time I see him.
