After months of wondering, Sanford finally has an answer to one its hottest-burning questions: the long-awaited Toots restaurant has opened.
Although the outside looks like it could use a little more work, a sign facing Horner Boulevard indicated the place was open for business.
Initially announcing a February opening at the vacant Ham’s building on Horner Boulevard, owners later said health issues forced them to push back to late spring. The restaurant will have a railroad theme in keeping with Sanford’s history and a childhood nickname (“Toot”) of one of the owners. The menu will consist of Southern cooking and sports bar food.
The Rant has no other information.

Yea exactly like Hooters, girls and all
How is the food…
We were excited to go to a new place in Sanford, however this was the the most disgustingly dirty place. We left before trying anything because my husband sat back in this chair and then leaned forward and his shirt sucked to the chair. If the chair is that disgusting what does the kitchen look like.
