Eight new cases of the Coronavirus in Lee County were confirmed Monday, bringing the county’s total to 45.
The recovered number remains at seven, with the remaining 38 under observation. Patient names and other potentially identifying details are not released by the Lee County Health Department. There have been no deaths reported in Lee County.
Eight is the second largest number confirmed in a single day. Nine cases were announced on Friday.
