Lee County Government announced six new Coronavirus cases Friday, as the total number of residents who have tested positive climbed to 305.

The number who have recovered also jumped by 15 to 148 on Friday, the second day in which there have been double digit recoveries announced. There have been three COVID-related deaths in Lee County.

The county only discloses demographic information – age range and gender – of those who have tested positive. The information is reported on a 24 hour delay, so the nine new cases announced Friday are not included below.

But of the 299 cases reported through Thursday, 55 percent were female and 45 percent were male. There were 46 cases in people under 24, 121 between 25 and 44, 113 between 45 and 64, and 19 who were 65 or older.
