Lee County sheriff’s deputies have charged a Robeson County man with death by distribution in connection with a drug overdose that occurred here in January.
Antonio Deangelo Heck, 42, of Robeson County faces one felony charge in connection with the incident, in which deputies had responded to a fatal drug overdose four months ago. An investigation of that incident led deputies to conclude that Heck supplied the drugs in that case.
Deputies said Heck was taken before a local magistrate for processing, and that they noticed a change in his speech pattern. At that point, deputies discovered Heck had allegedly tried to swallow a bag of cocaine. Heck was convinced to spit out the bag – containing a little less than half an ounce – and charged him with possession of a controlled substance on jail premises.
Heck was placed in the Lee County Jail without bond.

This person that died from this fatal overdose was a son, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle who is deeply missed. It is bad when we have enough dealers in our are peddling their fatal poison, now we have dealers coming from farther away pushing that poison. I know most people don’t care about the people that overdose but I’m glad to see law enforcement trying to get that deadly stuff off the street and holding poison peddlers accountable!
The shameful truth is, these human waste have no moral character nor human decency..They offer no redeeming qualities to any living creature on this planet..Yet, they are released time and time and time again..The low IQ”s prosper with their moronic lunacy, while those intelligent and countless other victims suffer…
I meant we have enough of drug dealers in our own area. We don’t need anymore expanding this way. We cant keep up with the ones we have now. We definitely don’t need new ones coming to our area killing people , the dealers that are local are doing a fine job on their own. I encourage anyone who needs help please do so now!
