It’s only been a little other three months since Britton Buchanan finished as the runner-up on Season 14 of NBC’s “The Voice.”

Since that time, he’s performed a set of four sold-out concert at Temple Theatre, has ventured out to headline shows in Raleigh, the Virginia International Raceway and Norfolk; has hung out with Bruce Springsteen; and has recorded an album with his Voice coach, Alicia Keys.

The fall looks to be busy, too. The North Carolina State Fair announced last week that Buchanan will headline their concert series on Oct. 17 on the Dorton Arena main stage. Other notable North Caroilna acts will be Raleigh’s American Aquarium, former “American Idol” standout Bucky Convington and the Harnett County YouTube stars Rhett & Link (Link Neal is actually Buchanan’s cousin).

Before that, Buchanan is scheduled to headline the Lee Regional Fair on Sept. 13.
